Your customers can still get the product they need, shipped directly to their home, and you can maintain your retail program at a safe social distance.

Salon Qualifications:

  • You must have an active East Coast Salon Services account and ACCOUNT NUMBER
  • You must have a Credit Card on file with your account

**If you are unsure about your account number, account status, or if you need to need to add a credit card to your account please call our Customer Service line at 800-257-7104 before placing any Customer Direct orders!**

Have your customers view our available inventory at

Please guide them to limit order requests to IN STOCK appropriate retail products only (professional only products like color, perms, or keratin cannot be shipped direct to consumers). Our website displays the MSRP for all retail available products when not logged in to a professional account. There is a $50 (retail value) minimum order requirement and a maximum qty 3 of any individual item. Once your customer has “gone shopping” you’re almost ready to place orders!

BEFORE ORDERING – Salons please note:

  • You will need your Account Number and the ECSS Item Number for each product to place an order
  • Salon’s credit card on file will be charged directly for all orders. This includes all products at salon cost plus $8.95 flat rate shipping.
  • Salons are responsible for charging their customers - Suggested Retail Prices are listed online as a guide. You will receive an itemized invoice which includes salon cost and MSRP *AFTER* orders have been placed and packed.
  • Flat rate $8.95 will be added and charged to every order. It Is at the salons discretion to split or pass on this shipping cost to your customers.
  • ECSS will not be responsible for processing any returns direct from customers. Our normal return policies will apply for salons.
